VML and OVAM dish up three-star leftovers
The green of a leek, half a sausage or a leftover potato. Those who cook always have surplus. To make sure nothing more is thrown away, the OVAM and VML already launched last year on the platform De Kostwinners Wat-je-nog-liggen-hadGPT - an AI tool that creates recipes from leftovers. To give it extra exposure, they are now serving up a new campaign.
The leftover menu of Wat-Boury-nog-liggen-hadGPT
While your own leftovers are pretty okay, those from a three-star restaurant taste better anyway. That's why VML and the OVAM booked an exclusive table at restaurant Boury. On the menu? Various dishes made from leftovers such as vegetable trimmings, old breadcrumbs or, yes, fish bones and lobster heads. The dishes will be co-devised by Wat-je-nog-liggen-hadGPT, prepared by chef Tim Boury and consumed by ... 4 lucky winners.
If you want to join, you simply have to make up a leftover recipe by Wat-je-nog-liggen-hadGPT. After a shifting question, you immediately have a chance to win the three-star leftover menu.
For the occasion, the campaign's style, which is normally colourful and playful, was adapted to the sophisticated atmosphere of a three-star restaurant. The tighter design is applied to the menu, napkins and Boury's cooking shorts.
To really put the tool back on the table, social, online video and bannering are used. With a tasty video, full of beautiful food shots in which leftovers are transformed into a delicious dish, we (re)introduce everyone to the tool.
