Appraise your little ones on the European day on the protection of children against sexual exploitation and sexual abuse.
Antwerp, 18 November 2016. We all know children are invaluable. Still, both at home and abroad there are sexual predators who will pay substantial sums of money for them. It’s a problem that stays under the radar most of the time. Because how can you tell that a young boy has fallen prey to child pornographers? Or that an underage girl is being exploited by a teenage pimp?
Simple: put a price tag on it. Go to www.schatjeschatje.be / www.estimezvotretresor.be, fill out the required data and the tool will put a price tag on it. Literally.
The campaign is to be launched on the European day on the protection of children against sexual exploitation and sexual abuse and is primarily aimed at Facebook and Twitter. Thankfully Child Focus can count on a number of famous Belgians in this regard because their participation illustrates that the problem is closer to home than you might think.
Dirk Depover and Maryse Rolland of Child Focus will tell you all about it on 18 November at the Facebook Live event, which is hosted by our partner Rambla.
